I Dun Goofed!

What did I put myself into? I cried, I whined, I screamed, and almost died because of this class. Just kidding (lol).

But that was INTENSE! Don't you agree?!

I remember when I signed up for this class--and let me tell you how scared I was. I read every single comments from students about this class. Comment after comment my jaw dropped. Commend after comment the more uneasy I felt. Every single student stressed about how much work they had to do for this class. I was scared to take the class, but I couldn’t just drop it; I needed it! I tried lightening myself by saying, "They're just probably exaggerating." But no, they were not exaggerating. If "over exaggerating" is not stressed as a redundant word, and something exaggerated can go way beyond its exaggeration, then the students' comments were not over exaggerated; the class is that intense.

I probably never read this much for one class before and I never bought so much books for just one class either. All of the classes I have taken required one or two books; even my last English class only required two books. But this class--oh gosh darn this class--we needed four to five books. I’ve had classes when we never even touched the book that we were “suppose” to buy. But in this class, I’ve touched every book and every single page of each book. Oh and, I’ve never written so much in my life! Papers after papers; blogs after blogs; questions after questions; responses after response; type, type type. My fingers are worn out. Even my keyboard is worn out. My spacebar has a scratch on the right side because of my right thumb. I honestly think that my eyes got worst and that I gained weight because of this class (lol). I sat in front of my computer for hours everyday because of online work. So much reading and typing sheesh!

I can complain all I want. But no matter how much I complain, I cannot argue at the fact that I gained knowledge from this class. My critical thinking enhanced; maybe not extremely enhanced but at least a little bit. I feel that my writing is better; not a lot better but at least it also improved. I honestly think I’m going to miss this class. I know that sounds strange and nerdy but I just had to admit it. I’m not going miss it because of the readings and essays, but I will miss this class due to my enjoyment of discussions with my peers. Especially blogging. I enjoyed writing blogs and reading everyone's thoughts about the topic that we had to write about. It’s strange though, how I felt scared when I found out that we had to blog. I never wanted to share my thoughts and writing to anyone because I feared people’s opinions. But it turns out that it’s not that scary at all. Everyone is going to be a critic anyways. I just need to adjust the way I think to prevent myself from insults. I will only be insulted if I think about being insulted; does that make sense to you (lol)?

Anyways, I would like to thank Professor Gross for being an absolute sweet heart and an understanding instructor who encourages every student to do well. I would also like to thank those who complimented my writing. I never liked my writing, but it was really nice for someone to think that I have the ability to write well. And this is my goodbye. It was nice to meet you all; even if I have not met any of you physically (lol). I want to encourage all of you to do well now and the future. Oh and we did it! There’s only a few of us who survived this class (lol). So give yourself a pat on the back!

Bye everyone & take care.

you're a pain.

Dear Essay and Research Paper (whom I have to deal with every semester because I am obliged to cooperate with for the sake of my future),

bynerdynotdirty

Darn you English class. You were never a favorite.

Writing has never been my best friend. I am more of a visual person. I like pictures and numbers. Words to me are a pain in the butt. There are a bunch of times when words annoys the crap out of me. “I am motivationally deficient.” For the love of . . . why can’t you just say you’re lazy? And why do professors--especially biology professors--say so much mumbo jumbos? Why can't they just simply everything down? That way students will actually learn, not have a hard time, and maybe even enjoy the class.

Anyways back to writing...

This will be very, very easy for my to say; I will never love you. Ever since we met, both of you made me feel very uneasy. Everything ya'll do just makes me want to yank out all of my hair. Ya'll gave me NOTHIN' but pain, anger, and stress.

Essay! Oh how dare you ruin my grade in this class! You and I, will never have chemistry. We do not bond. We do not enjoy each others company. We are not meant to be together.

And Research Paper—Oh Research Paper!--you will never ever be the cheese in my macaroni! We will never get a long, as you always put me in strain; more strain than what Essay gives me. Especially at the fact that you always want to stick around longer to purposely suffer me with your darn seven page crap. Oh dear, your presence alone has the higher chance of making me fail my class.

But I wrote this letter to both of you as I have something to confess. I have found the one. The perfect writing tool. His name is Blog. The one that accepts all of my impurfecktions. He does not care about my grammar and my spehlings. He lets me type as much as I want; short or long. He lets me express anything; any topic that I would like to say instead of limiting me with prompts. He adores me creativity. He likes different types of format. IM FREE TO DO WHATEVER I WANT! And because of that, Blog showed me the fun way to enjoy writing. I will continue writing with Blog. Because of him, I don't hate writing as much anymore. I can actually improve my own writing in a way that I enjoy.

I'm glad that Professor Gross introduced me to Blog. I've seen Blog many times but never really paid attention to him; I simply ignored him because I had no interest, not even a tiny bit. If Professor Gross never forced or encouraged me to write with Blog, then I would probably still hate writing with a passion.

I am sorry to say that you both, Essay and Research Paper, were not able to satisfy me the way Blog does. I will be keeping my Blog—aka Journal—forever. I want to continue to express and share my thoughts freely; no rules, no limitations.

I know that I will see you again someday, no doubt about that. And I have to deal with your annoying presence, but I don't think I would be annoyed as much as I did. Blog lightened me up, and I thank him for that.

ps. I am not sorry if I hurt you in anyway. That's revenge for making me suffer from all these years.

Love always,
Marlene M.

Oh gosh. Really now?

I am behind with all of these assignments. Procrastination is the most evil thing ever. I don't mean to procrastinate but I just have so much stuff to do; and I bet that there are other students in this class that is in the same position as I am. No matter how crazy this assignment is, I've done worst. There are so much assignments and papers that we have to write about, including this blog. But in the end we are still able to accomplish what needs to be done while whining and crying about how much sh*t we have to do.

When the Reading Lolita in Tehran research paper was assigned, my jaw dropped. We have to write a 7 page paper AND read another novel. The prompt seemed really confusing to me and I had no idea how to answer any of it. The good part of it was that we can pick what we would like to read. But the first time I saw the list books we can read, I was disappointed. I did not want to read any of it! Why can't we read The Hobbit or something? After reading summaries for each book that was listed, I decided to pick Lolita. The way I felt about this assignment is like a little kid who doesn't want to take showers because he wants to play all day. I really did not want to read the book but I gave it a chance. Surprisingly I like the book . . . a lot. I enjoyed reading it.

I went back to the assignment sheets and reread the prompt. I then felt a sense of relief. It felt like when you try to do a really hard puzzle, then when you finally figured it out, your like, "OH! FINALLY!" I now know how to answer the prompt. I felt more confident about this assignment but I still have to work my butt off since the professor grades our essay very strictly. This paper is going to worth like 100% of my grade and I having an overall grade below a B is definitely a NO for me.

Every time I think about how much stuff I have to do, my mind goes nuts. But I was taught to stay calm and just do what I have to do and it will soon be over. So that's what I'll, stay calm and just do what I have to do. Whining and complaining will not get me anyways so I should not whine and complain. I must focus on what I have to do and continue doing it until I've accomplished everything. And besides I've been in this position so many times, so I know I will be just fine.

So for everyone else in my class, hang on there and keep up the good work! Don't lose focus! We're almost done!

whoamg! lol

Dood! i cant believe that i can actually type something for enligsh class without worrying about any grammar or punctuations lololol xD it feels good because im able to type freeeeeelyyyy ^-^ . . . i dont have to sound so formal and boring lol . . . i like typing like this because i can express myself easily . . . and by adding emoticons like ";]" or certain acronyms such as “lol” it can prevent miscommunication . . . for example:

You’re mean! >=[
vs.
You’re mean! xD lol

you can easily tell the different between the two. each has a different tone. if i were to only type “youre mean” then you cant really identify the person’s tone . . . it sounds to plain and boring lol . .

another example:

I’m leaving. Bye.
vs.
I’m leaving. Bye! ^-^v

the first line can sound mean, or it has no expression at all . . . but the second line adds a little bit of character and seems a lot more friendly =]

m
y online communication style is basically the way i talk in person . . . i like to add cute emoticons and acronyms onto my texts to express and share the tone of the exact sentence that i want to say . . . hehe i dont mean to sound all corny and silly ^^” i just like having a friendly connection with the person im talking to online . . . i dont want to have any awkward feeling between us u know? lol i like put a little bit of character lol ;]

when im happy i like to put a lot of happy faces ^-^ hehehe . . . when im angry i usually put a lot of exclamation points “!!!!!” or i would type in ALL CAPS! when im disappointed i usually put “....” at the end of the sentences . . . i know ive have a lot of “. . .” on this blog lol but i just wanted to end my senteces that way hehe no disappointment here ^-^” when im excited about something i would usually put a lot of exclamation points as well lol

anywhooo sorry if my writing style annoys the crap out of you lol this is just my personal way of typing things . . . i mean, im able to get to my point across and share information just fine lol . . . just like this blog =] i explained why i type like this lol . . . it did make sense right? lol xD and i dont need to sound all smart to get my point across lol xD i wouldn’t be myself if i were to try to sound like someone im not lol thats silly xD . . . BUT then again when it comes to essays i have no choice by try to sound smart as i can just for the sake of my grade hahaha . . . but i guess for this class it isnt working so well . . . bummer ;( lol

a picture is worth a thousand words

Political cartoons can be nasty.

But, what is the true purpose of creating these cartoons? Is it to humiliate a political leader? Is it to offend the citizens? Or is it a just for humor?

Have I ever read a political cartoon that offended me? Kind of. But I don’t overreact over the cartoon. It’s just a cartoon after all . Even if the cartoon effects me even just a tiny bit, I like to keep in mind that maybe the cartoonist is just criticizing how silly our country is.

Our country has A LOT of issues with A LOT of hate. And A LOT of political cartoons contains A LOT of hate. That’s probably why the cartoons can be so hurtful. Too much hate is involved. Why is hate so easily expressed? Do people even try to understand the situation? Just like the picture below. People have been calling Obama names lately. Just because he was not able to achieve what we wanted him to do for all of us. We’re like little annoying kids. If we don’t get what we want, we end up crying and whining. Then blame the political leaders for everything. We expect them to do everything for us. Is that how we really want to look like, like babies?

Lately, I’ve seen a lot of political cartoons with hate messages towards OBAMA. I mean, a lot people voted for him, but now everyone just hate him with a passion. Are people really this “dumb”? No offense, I include myself in that category. But we all fell for his propaganda campaign. Anyways, I just feel bad for all the hate that is being spread about Obama. We blame him for all the nasty stuff that’s been going on lately. And the funny part is, we have little or no knowledge at all for what is really going on. We act like we know everything and act like as if we are smarter than the political leaders. They are human too, not gods. They will make mistakes like everybody else. But then again, our lives is pretty much on their hands (lol).

I really wish that all of political cartoons is for humor. The cartoon below made me laugh. The cartoonist drew the people really silly. One of them is a conehead. And that is exactly what we are, a coneheads (lol). Well, most of us. And the word “conspiracy is written on it.”  We make up the stupidest thing ever. Why? Because we know so little. We try to figure out the situations ourselves, but in the end we usually just make ourselves sound stupid; like the people on the cartoon below.
Joe Heller - Green Bay Press-Gazette - The Conspiracy Continues - English - The Conspiracy Continues, osama bin Laden, deathers, birthers, photos, Obama, certificate, navy seals, photographs, burial at sea, terrorist, birth

We are just so silly. We say the darnest things. We are definitely like little children and our parents is the government. I do not mean to offend anyone with this blog. It is not my intention to hurt anyone. I’m simply just stating how I feel about why political cartoonists draw such things. Thanks for reading!

Alien Invasion

The aliens are taking over! Our country is not safe!

Seriously? What’s with the ridiculous anti-immigration propaganda's?

Do these people realize that they are spreading hate and performing irrational acts? Do they realize that they are practicing hate propaganda? The technique used (if they are aware of their act) to spread this hate is called “Name Calling.” What is it? Well, it’s basically name calling or “a device to make us form a judgment without examining the evidence on which it should be based . . . by giving ‘bad names’ to those individual, groups, nations, races, polices, practices, beliefs, and ideals which would have us condemn and reject” (Institute for Propaganda Analysis). Don’t the pictures above nicely apply to that definition? This type of propaganda is a bunch of hateful words. And within those millions of anti-immigratns, many confidently spread them throughout the nation. I’ve seen  a lot of protesters that spreads a lot of negative words which I find somewhat offensive.

Why? This issue is personal to me since I have family members that are immigrants. Obviously! I’m Asian with Asian parents and grandparents and great grandparent and great great grandparents that are from Asia. My ethnicity was not born on this land, and so does yours; Native Indians were here first. Did people forget the history they learned in 5th grade? And if you remember you should be aware that throughout the American history, the United States can be a big bully. The most common “reason” why immigrants should be deported is because of job issues; “They’re taking our jobs!” Yes, they do come here for job opportunities; and isn’t that reason why everyone's ancestors’ migrated in the U.S. in the first place? Isn’t this country called The Land of Opportunity? So, can someone tell me exactly how immigrants steals jobs? There’s no sign or law that says “This Job Is For Immigrants Only.” And as for the illegal immigrant; they have no social security, how will they even get a decent job? They have to work with poor labor and get paid under-the-table with very low wages. Do the majority of anti-immigrants want those type of jobs? I wouldn’t lol.

Remember Arizona who passed an immigration law which allows police officers to ask anyone who they think is an illegal immigrant for proof of status? After kicking out a lot of illegal immigrants, mostly Mexicans, I heard that the law backfired. They said that Arizona is losing a bunch of money because of the law. I’m not sure if this is true or not but I can’t see why it could be false. Many companies had to get rid of their employees; less staff would mean slower production; slower production would mean slower profit; slower profit would mean losing a bunch of money. In my opinion, I find this law extremely racists. How would you feel if you as an American citizen were asked to prove your identity of residency or citizenship because you look like your from Mexico? Its not right.

I’m sorry to get all aggressive with this subject, but such harsh words are just horrible. I mean, only if anti-immigrant really have a good understandable reason why immigrants should leave then I wouldn’t be so *gaah* about it. But noooo, they had to say mean stuff. =’(

It saddens me that such hate still exists. When will people really unite and accept each other as brothers and sisters? <3

the www.

I will admit; I don't watch the news or read the newspaper. I seriously do not have the interest in that type of media. And because of that, I'm usually unaware with a lot of things. I know, I should keep up with the current events; but don’t you all just get tired of hearing “bad news” on the news all the freakin’ time? It is usually about murder, war, celebrity gossips, and a whole bunch of other stuff.

Just because I don’t watch the news or read the newspaper doesn’t make me completely clueless about current events. The most common source people use nowadays is the Internet. But, I don’t read news articles on there for fun either. If my homepage were Yahoo! or MSN, then I’d probably read an interesting article under the Today section. Since my homepage is Google, there’s nothing on there except the word Google with pretty font and a search bar. So where do i really get my current events from? Facebook.

The latest event that I found out on Facebook was the tragedy that happened in Japan.  My wall was completely spammed with, “OMG! Japan is going crazy!” “My prayers goes to the people of Japan.” I then decided to search it online, but nothing new about Japan was on the Internet, since the tsunami had just started during that time. So I decided to post my own status asking, “What’s going on in Japan?” All answered with, “Turn on the news, its on every channel.” I was shocked from what I saw.

There’s also this other website that I always go to. It’s called 9gag where a bunch of people upload tons of pictures of Internet fads. People kept posting images of Egypt and the Internet like the two below.

I was confused, I didn’t know what was going on. I didn't get any of their jokes. The funny part is, instead of looking for a news article to read online, I went on Facebook and ask my friends; their short answer were, “they want a revolution and their leader down.” Then I decided to read about what was going in Egypt, and I was surprised how late I was. I had no idea that the revolution has been going on for awhile and that had to be one of the most important events going on. That’s what I get for not watching the news or reading the newspaper lol.

Why don’t I just turn on my T.V. in the first place? I rely on the Internet for everything just like many other people around the world. I gather all my information from there. The Internet provides everything from social connections, games, tutorials, music, and a whole bunch of great stuff. Soon after any major incident, there will be a rapid spread of information from people by posting  videos, blogs, and articles all over the Internet. Who ever invented the Internet is just brilliant. It made our lives so much more convenient; its just so darn useful. Come to think of it, I should Google the inventors of the Internet lol.

She said what?!

There’s so much stuff to talk about when it comes to the media and its prejudice approach. The list can go on and on. I really can’t say if they do it on purpose, or not; I really don’t know. But prejudice has been involved in every type of media for a very long time.

. . .

The media, in my opinion, is a bunch of mumbo jumbo and oddly entertaining at the same time. It is such a powerful tool that can manipulate people’s mind.Everything we like or do is influenced by the media. The way we dress, act, eat, etc. Our media says that hair is disgusting (except your head), so we shave; but if you’re a man who shaves, then that’s not manly (except if you have an excuse for being a swimmer). They say girls are hot if they have big boobs, so they get boobie implants; they say you’re good looking if you put a bunch of makeup on and outline every single thing on your face (lol jk). I’m not saying that everyone is influenced by the media, but do you all get what I’m trying to say? Because of such image or information that the media shares, a lot of people can be offended or insulted. For instance, I knew a girl from high school who did not shave her legs. Kids made fun of her and called her disgusting and dirty. I do not know the real reason why she choose not too shave; maybe because of her culture, religion, or maybe she simply wish not to. Who really says that hairy legs is disgusting and dirty? We all do; the media, you, and me (lol). It’s because it is part of our norm. And if someone decides that he/she does not want to follow the norms of our society, then he/she is considered as taboo.
. . .

Movies! Have you seen any Asian in movies that has acted the main role, that has nothing to do with kung fu? What I found funny was when a crappy movie titled, Dragonball: Evolution that ruined an absolute amazing Japanese anime series that is based from, casted Justin Chatwin (a white dude) to play the main character, Goku. There are a bunch of hot buff Asian men out there that has amazing martial art skills that fits the role 100x better than Justin Chatwin. Some people felt insulted because of how the movie industry cast roles base on stereotypes. I don’t take it personally. All I do is laugh about it, because in reality the stereotype in movies are mostly true (lol).

. . .

To be honest, I don’t think that I’ve been affected by insults towards my ethnicity, gender, or race from the media; well at least not often. The reason is because; I guess you could say, I learned to accept the “reality.” Some of you are probably saying that I’m nuts to accept such ugly things. I do not accept the ugly part of it at all. What I accept is that no matter where you go, prejudice exists. If I choose to continue to stress about it, then I will constantly have mental sufferings. Instead of arguing about how wrong it is, I change the way I think about it; in a positive way. How is that possible? For example, we now have Youtube. And in Youtube or other video-sharing website, there are a bunch of offensive videos posted by “trolls.” A lot of people take these videos seriously, and I know “why do people make others mad on purpose?” I really don’t know (lol). I guess they find it fun. I recently found a video rant about a white girl from UCLA who . . . just watch the video of you haven’t yet.

A lot of Asians and even other ethnic groups found this video really offensive. When I saw this video, it did not affect me in anyway. It did not get me mad, sad, offended, or whatever. Simply because some part of what she said is true. We are loud! (lol) Well because that’s how we speak normally, and it really does annoy the crap out of me; I always think my mom is always yelling but that’s just how she talks. But to get to my point, instead of taking this video negatively, I told myself that hey, there’s a lot of Asians in that school especially in the library (lol jk). There’s always going to be a silly girl like her out there. Prejudice will exist for a very long time. I know it's wrong, and brave people do a bunch of things such as awareness. So when you see something that may be offensive, you can just laugh about it so it would not mentally hurt you. It's only the media after all; don't let it affect you.

you say there's no freedom?

free·dom

   [free-duhm]

–noun
1. the state of being free  or at liberty rather than in confinement or under physical restraint: He won his freedom after a retrial.
2. exemption from external control, interference, regulation, etc.
3. the power to determine action without restraint.
4. political or national independence.
5. personal liberty, as opposed to bondage or slavery: a slave who bought his freedom.

Unfortunately, there’s  a total of 16 definition of freedom on Dictionary.com; I only listed the first five.

We take freedom for granted. We always say, I live in a free country; I have the right to do this and do that. We protest. We write about our thoughts on blogs or even do video-blogging. We have television with thousands of channels to choose from. We have the Internet to communicate and gather information from different countries. We have the freedom for:

  • religion
  • speech
  • expression
  • choice
  • assembly
  • and so on . . .
We are able to do so much and yet we still complain and want more. Some people ask, “do we really have freedom?” Reason why they ask is because of how the government “control” so many things. One of the major controversy is that people should have the right to pick their partner. I’m talking about gays and lesbians. Why can’t they have the rights or freedom to marry? Why not marry the person you love? People can be married to a robot doll but not a person with the same gender LINK. Weird isn’t it? Even if they cannot register to marry, at least they can still live their life as a married couple. My point is, we somehow are not satisfied enough. I don’t mean to offend anyone, but please at least consider that we are lucky to have the “freedom” and opportunities that is provided for us.

Imagine living in North Korea, a communist country. You will be completely isolated from the rest of the world. There are books, television, and radios, but their entertainment is only about how “great” their dear leader, Kim Jong Il (김정일) is; he rules the whole country. Okay, it's not entertainment at all, it's all propaganda. I once saw a documentary titled “Inside North Korea” by National Geographic. Americans citizens are completely not allowed to even step one foot in North Korea. So the filming crew went undercover pretending that they were doing a documentary about the cataract surgery that was performed by the medical crew they went with. If you have not yet watched this film, you will be astonished by the number of people who needed cataract surgery. There was over 1000 patients that needed the surgery. One of the causes of cataract is poor diet. Because of isolation from the rest of the world, there is no trade; so where do they get their food and the resources they need from? Obviously, the whole country has no food, or at least barely has any food that can feed the people. What I found really astonishing is how the people did not thank the medical group; every single patient thank and bowed to an image of their great leader Kim Jong Il. I don’t know if they’re completely brainwashed, or if they are just in extreme fear. Actually, not every North Koreans are “brainwashed.” There are some who attempted to flee the country but failed. North Korea’s borders are strongly guarded with snipers, barb wires, mines and electric fences. And if you try to cross those borders, they will not hesitate to shoot you. Those who try to escape are considered betrayers, and want them dead. There was this one man who used to work as a guard on the North Korea borders who attempted to escape with his friend; sadly the friend did not make it, he died from the electric fence. The one who escaped was able to flee to South Korea, but  unfortunately  the North Korean military found out about his escape and as a result they executed his whole family. If you do make it out and lets say you fled to China, China will send you back to North Korea and you will be executed. Scary huh?

Starving children and adults

The website I got this image from says that those people fled to China but was sent back to North Korea. As a result, execution.

Women in the military. I'm not sure but I heard that these girls were orphans that was forced to be in the military.

Propaganda is used everywhere. The brainwashing starts in a young age

Obviously, I know 100% that you will never in your life would want to live in a place like North Korea. People from North Korea has like 0% freedom, and we’re here whining about why marijuana is illegal, why we pay too much taxes, and bunch of other stuff. All I'm saying is, we take our freedom for granted and we don’t realize that there are people out there who has never tasted what a little freedom is like.

guess what?

I seriously need to get out of my shell and hopefully you guys don’t get bored reading this because it’s so long (lol). This week's blog will be a little personal, but I would like to share this to all of you.

When I was young, I loved performing and I was very talkative. But what happened to the confident me?

What you see outside of me, as in the way I show myself is not who I really am. I am constantly labeled as the girl who doesn’t like talk, the shy one, the boring one, the girl who doesn't like to do anything, etc. It hurts to hear that because I know deep inside that is not who I am. However, that is how I portray myself. Some sociologist says that stereotype continues to exist because we make it as our strength. We make the negative part of it into something positive. Not all of you may agree on that theory or may not even understand what I was trying to say, but I think that's the reason why the constant labeling towards me molded me to “who I am.” Because I am constantly being called as a shy person, I became a shy person. Because I am constantly being called a quiet person, I became a quiet person. I was labeled before they knew who I really was. And the sad part is, I just let people mold me into something I'm really not.

Since I am shy, I prevent myself from being humiliated. Therefore, I don’t speak. Because I “ignore” people they think that I am a snob or unfriendly. However, when I know you and choose not to talk to you, it usually means I don’t like talking to you (lol). I will still be friendly, but if you’re someone who forces your opinion even if 5 people with proof of evidence gank up on you saying that you are wrong, then I just find that annoying. And if you’re someone who constantly talks about yourself, calling yourself the best, think you’re better than everybody else, and simply a know-it-all, then yeah I would not want to have a long conversation with you. Wow, sorry if I sounded like a b!tch (LOL). Reason why I avoid people like that is because I don’t want to start and fuss. So it’s better to not say anything at all.

Here’s a funny one. My friends would ask me why I did not say hi to them. The reason is that I don’t like the feeling of embarrassment and stupidity when I try to say hi to someone because they did not hear me or see me at all.

would like to show a few facial expressions and what they really mean when I portray them. Hopefully after clarifying these, people would stop misinterpreting my expressions when they see me.

This is so not my angry face. I hate wearing contacts and glasses so I have to constantly squint. And no, I am not staring you down. I'm just trying to see if I know you are, so sorry if it looks like I’m mad at you. I seriously need to get contacts (lol).

I am not sad. This expression usually means exhaustion or I could be thinking about something.

And sorry if I look irritated. I’m just hungry (lol).

Look how much I opened up. I even showed you guys how I look like when going to bed (lol)! But don’t you just <3 my bun? ^-^v
